You can use some software that comes with the webcam you purchase. Otherwise you will have to experiment with the different program software out there.

There are so many different software programs! I personally use webcamXP. Just make sure you can set the server port and IP address's. If you want to include sound with the picture make sure the software will do this. This will require additional ports open on router or your firewall software.
