Hope someone can help me identify these creature's ...these photos are taken at 60x magnification. Image 1 is backlit on my microscope, Images 2 and 3 are from the tank wall @ 60x too. 

I find them on all the glass walls. I clean the front with the magnet cleaner and there right back there sticking to the front glass instantly!

 

What are they?

 

This is a 40 gallon marine reef tank with 25 pounds live rock, and 40 pounds of CaribSea araganite Seaflor and 15 pounds live sand.
